At Daybreak Community Church we have committed together to pursue a biblical way of life that is summed up in six directions: Living History-Living Forward-Living Mercy-Living Community-Living Servants-Living Celebration. When it comes to living as a servant of Jesus, being a servant with the money and possessions He has entrusted us with is part of our commitment to living out the Gospel.

Below is our statement of belief about what it means to be a Living Servant of Jesus and how that looks when you are a part of the family at Daybreak Community Church. Also included are some review sheets made available to you to download that provide a biblical approach to financial stewardship. Podcasts are also available under our Podcasts Link that will guide you through these handouts. We encourage you to let God increase your faith in Him in the area of money and possessions.
LIVING SERVANTS
We were created to live for something larger than ourselves. We are not our own. We were bought with a price. Jesus is our living example of selfless living. We let our lives tell the good news of life with God, through doing the good works of God, so the world will glorify God. The church exists to meet the needs of a spiritually lost and dying world and we take great joy in partnering with God to change the world with whatever we possess. All we are and all we have are fully surrendered to God. We surrender our time, talent, and treasure for the sake of the mission in exchange for eternal treasure stored up in heaven. We are Living Servants.
